Train

Materials

• Straws
• Toilet paper roll
• Episencial boxes
• Tape
• Glue
• String/yarn

Instructions

1. Cut 4 wheels for engine and 4 for each carriage using Episencial boxes.
2. Cut toilet paper roll in half to use as cab.
3. Cut out ‘back’ of box. Cut out windows on sides for engine cab.
4. Punch small holes in the long side of each box.
5. Poke straws through holes.
6. Push wheels on straws. Wrap tape around the ends of straws to keep the wheels from falling off.
7. Tape engine top (halved toilet paper roll) on top of box.
8. Tape on cab.
9. Tape a loop of string to attach carriage to back of  engine.
10. Cut top off of second box and poke small holes for wheels
11. Attach wheels in the same way as the engine
12. Cut out a hook shape and tape to front edge of carriage
13. Add string onto back of carriage to attach another car to the train

Variation:

• Undo corners of box, lay flat.
• Cut out rectangles to create bars.
• Tape box back together.
• Add wheels and links for a perfect animal car!
