What are your shipping rates?
We wish we could personally meet each and every one of you (and your babies) at your doorstep, but since we can’t, we lovingly ship your products with FREE standard delivery on orders over $28 throughout the continental U.S. For free shipping, use the coupon code SHIPSFREE at checkout.
For orders under $28, or for when you choose a promotion code other than SHIPSFREE, we provide affordable flat rates as outlined below. Flat rate and free shipping are sent via FedEx SmartPost. For faster service, you can always upgrade to 2Day for $4 more, or Overnight for $8 more.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! For personal orders, we ship nearly everywhere in the world – tell us where you want your personal Babytime! products to go and your wish is our command. We even provide a 70% discount off of published FedEx rates for standard International delivery to a home address. For International Wholesale shipments, please email us.
How long until I receive my order?
We begin processing your order right away because we want you to always have the very best products in hand to care for your and your baby’s skin. After you submit your order it usually leaves our warehouse within 12?24 hours. From there, how long it takes to reach you depends on your address:
- If you live on the West Coast of the U.S expect to receive your Babytime! by Episencial products in 1?2 business days. For the East Coast it could take up to 7 days. Everything in-between is, well… in-between
- Shipping to Canada usually takes 3-5 days, Australia and the UK is generally 5-7 days. If you live further away from Sunny Southern California, your delivery could take up to 12 days.
Ran out of products? Want to receive your new order faster? For both US and International shipments, you can always select Express Delivery when you are checking out!
Where oh where are my Episencial products? Easy! Check the tracking information we sent to you via email when your order shipped. (Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you don’t see an email.)
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
While we rarely ever say no, this is a slightly different case. We finalize and process your order so quickly that canceling or changing an order is usually not an option. Contact us if you have specific concerns about something in your order and we’ll make sure you get the right products (and the best expert advice). Keep in mind, every Episencial product is sold with a 100% money-back guarantee!
What if I need to return or exchange a product?
No problem! In fact, we make it super easy for you! Just call or email us if you need to return something or want help picking out a different product. Remember email is fastest.
